This site describes services and equipment categories. It does not create a contract for calibration, engineering work or supply. A quotation from the relevant office states scope, price and terms for that job.
Who contracts

Equipment names are category labels, not a promise of stock. Availability, specifications and terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Calibration documentation
Calibration supported by traceable documentation.
We provide calibration with documented results and traceability information for the work performed. Equipment, measurement parameters, service scope and required documentation are agreed before work begins.
Client portal
The client portal is not yet available. When it opens, access will be issued separately and portal terms, if any, will be provided with the login. Zambia portal access is not yet available.
